I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and we were assigned a fantastic room with all the benefits explained to us. The service was incredibly kind and pleasant from the moment we arrived, making us feel very welcome. While the location is good, it could use some improvements for a more comfortable stay. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities were impeccable.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean but unfortunately had no view of the sea due to a wrong location in the hotel. The service, however, was absolutely phenomenal, with the staff being very accommodating to any requests throughout the week. The location, overlooking El Malecón, was amazing and perfect for exploring the Old City. The dining experience was disappointing compared to other options in Santo Domingo.
